The famous musical parody Menopause, presented by Vitoli, is coming to Quebec for the very first time! Running for over 15 years in Las Vegas, triumphing in Paris for the past two years, and having been applauded by nearly 17 million people in 16 countries, this festive show takes a hilarious and sincere look at what women experience when they go through menopause.
Starring the talented Guylaine Tanguay, Claudine Mercier, Geneviève Charest, and Catherine Sénart, and directed by Alexis Pitkevicht, Ménopause, la parodie musicale will have you laughing out loud, but also singing and dancing to parodies of the English-language musical hits of the 60s, 70s, and 80s that you love, humorously adapted into French by the prolific Danièle Lorain. Memory loss, hot flashes, night sweats, a sex life that's either non-existent... or too active! When four women from very different backgrounds meet by chance at a lingerie sale, they realize they have at least one thing in common: menopause. After all, menopausal women are all in the same boat... so why not laugh about it and turn this taboo subject into a celebration filled with lightheartedness and sisterhood!
