This course is an introduction to acrylic painting. The first two sessions will combine theory with a short project that allows students to put the techniques they've learned into practice. Topics covered include the color wheel, harmonies and contrasts, values, and the basic techniques needed to create a work of art. The last two sessions will be dedicated to reinforcing what you've learned by creating a painting-a still life or floral arrangement.
