When the priest died, two graves were dug: one on each side of the cemetery fence. During three days and three nights of wake, the entire village debated which side to lay him on: in holy ground or on the other side.

You never really know who you're dealing with...
To each his own story, his own truth. Just when we thought we knew everything about the life of this man with the rosary, we were in for a big surprise when the widow told her story during the wake. Hanging on her every word, we were about to discover the unsuspected truths and secrets of the parish priest-and, above all, witness the bizarre judgment of the legendary people's court of Saint-Élie-de-Caxton.
